“I said I didn’t want to see you in my house or anything that looks like a seductive doll in my house!”.
“Ken’s house you mean! And what’s wrong? Are you being insecure now, what happened to I trust Ken, are you afraid I might take him away?”Natasha smirked.
“My fiancé’s house! And it’s none of your business if I choose to protect my man from wolves in sheep’s clothing like you”
Lola snapped back.
“Oh please, what a saint you are, for Ken don’t worry he is safe with me, I have known him way longer than you, I am like his wifey indirectly”.
Natasha boasted.
“Which one is the indirect wife, look I don’t know what you are cooking with Ndidi but she will leave my house if she decides to be stupid and get pregnant for the gateman”.
“Oh please..the only person that will get pregnant for the gateman is you, Lola!”
Natasha said boldly and grinned at her.
Ndidi gasped at that statement then heard the door slam shut, Lola had left the house after exchanging intense eye contact with Natasha.
Then a knock came to her door, she knew it was Natasha, she dried her eyes out and went to open the door.
“Happy Sunday darling I bought you some goodies”.
Natasha said, showing her a gift bag.
Ndidi hugged her crying.
“And here we go again, adult baby, you are messing up my outfit up”she scolded Ndidi.
“I am sorry”.
Ndidi said when she got a hold of herself. She entered her room and Natasha followed.
“What happened to you greeting me with tears and why ain’t you in church, I came all the way from church”.
Ndidi wonders if she actually dressed like that to church, but knowing how wild Natasha is , it won’t be a surprise.
“Aunty Lola said I should stay back home”.
“Oh… I see”.
Natasha said, dropping the gift bag on a stool beside the bed.
“So what’s it, why are you crying,look at those eye bags,you have slimmed down overnight”.
Natasha said, checking her face and cheeks like a mother.
Ndidi got up and went on her knees,Natasha was surprised.
“I… I please don’t tell my Aunty about it”.
Ndidi pleaded her fingers nervously itching her to bite them.
“Of Course not honey, trust me and please stand up, what’s the worst that happened,did you kill anyone?”
“It’s close to that,”Ndidi sobbed.
Natasha burst into laughter,at her response the fact that she was seriously crying.
“Poor girl, you are really one of the sweet soul I know. You slept with Ken?”
Ndidi felt her heart freeze.

“Well he called and was crying like a baby, he told me everything”.
“Sir Ken?”Ndidi asked in astonishment.
Natasha smiled and nodded,then took her hands and squeezed them softly.
“He may be a giant tough looking old guy but he is soft, his anxiety skyrocketed and he had a mental breakdown. You hurt him so much, he had to call me ,we have known each other for a long time and he did that once,that day he caught Lola cheating back in school and he had the guts to tell me”.
She pressed her lips.
Ndidi felt bad for her, she could break down any minute.
“I was always there for him, my arms opened wide waiting for that day he would say I love you too Natasha, but he never did, rather he went for my friend Lola, whom I also told about my love for ken, Lola didn’t hesitate to say yes to him..that bitch”.
She laughed sadly.
“I dated everyone around him to makes him jealous, ending up frustrated because he didn’t care. At the end of the day he saw me as a wild cat, so I couldn’t stop, none was for love but pleasure, sadness and stress”.
She smiled at Ndidi.
“But yours was out of love, you shouldn’t feel bad, shits happen, also Ken loves you, after the call he said something about helping himself to heal and blamed himself for not being good enough to hold back when you asked for it”.
So that’s why he was ignoring me,Ndidi thought.
She rested her head on Natasha’s shoulder.
“I want to forget him yet each minute I miss him but I also don’t want to be that girl who fell in love with him anymore, I want to be Loyal to Aunty Lola ”.
Lola rolled her eyes.
“That cheat?”she sneered.
Ndidi’s eyes widened and she straightened up, shocked.
“I didn’t say that, did I?”
“Oh you know already?”
Natasha smiled at her naive reaction then she sighed.
“Well I am not surprised, she is so shameless she can’t even keep it a secret from her maid, did she bring a man home again?”
